I was always around quills, inks, brushes, paints and pens as a young girl and I am sure I was a scribe in a past life. I have many nights sat with the light from a candle alone writing letters to my loved ones. I am in the first stages of creating an illuminated book of my family history using just quill and ink and the methods of old.

I have always loved writing. I love watching the ink flow from the nib or brush or reed to the paper, forming a letter, that letter then forms a word, that word can be the beginning of a sentence, that sentence then forms a memory, a feeling, a lasting word or statement.

My custom made quills have been made for beginners and masters alike and have been sent to the UK and America as well as all states of Australia. I love making wedding quills and work with you to make sure the quill compliments the theme of your day, without charging the outlandish expense that comes from an item with the prefix 'wedding'. I can even engrave your names/initials and the date on the nib.
